Regarding the handling of personal information obtained during operations such as applications for services provided by “Hotel Fosse Himeji” (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”), the following policies have been established.     ●7. Handling Requests Related to Retained Personal Data

    (1)If a customer or their representative requests notification of the purpose of use of retained personal data, we will notify them without delay unless any of the following applies:

    ① The purpose of use is evident for the retained personal data that identifies the customer

    ② Disclosure may harm the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the customer or a third party

    ③ Disclosure may hinder the rights or legitimate interests of our company

    ④ Disclosure may interfere with the performance of legally prescribed administrative duties by national or local government organizations

    (2)If a customer or their representative requests disclosure of retained personal data, we will notify them without delay unless any of the following applies:

    ① Disclosure may harm the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the customer or a third party

    ② Disclosure may significantly hinder the proper operation of our business

    ③ Disclosure would violate the law

    (3)If a customer or their representative requests correction, addition, or deletion of retained personal data, we will promptly investigate and take appropriate action based on the findings.

    (4)If a customer or their representative requests suspension or erasure of retained personal data, and the request is deemed justified, we will take appropriate action.

    (5)Requests regarding the above four items must be submitted by mailing a written request with the necessary details and identification documents to the inquiry desk specified in Section 8. Personal information provided by customers will only be used to address the requests and will be securely stored. Please note that mailed documents and identification documents will not be returned.
